Auto duct line Preda Machine manuafctures auto duct line in different functiong sections. Our regular duct lines include: Auto duct line 5 U shape, Auto duct line 5, Auto duct line 4, Auto duct line 3, Auto duct line 2, Cut to length line and etc. This auto duct lines have differect sections for functions line leveling, beading, shearing, notching, folding and etc.
It adopts modular U shape design, with several integrated flexible workstations. Total length of the line is about 15mtrs. This is the most advanced and productive auto duct line Preda Machine manufactures.
It adopts modular Linear design, with several integrated flexible work stations. Total length of the line is about 18mtrs.
The difference between duct line 4 and duct line 5 is that duct line 4 does not have folding section. The other parts are all same!

This auto duct line 2 has three main handling patterns,all in English version: feeding,leveling,grooving,square notching,sharp notching and cutting all manually! You just have to set up each distance you would like to notch and cut so the machine will do everything for you! As for the repeat times for the processes, it can be set up by yourself!
Cut to length line or duct line 1 Auto cut-to-length-line or auto duct line 1 adopts modular Linear design, with several integrated flexible workstations. Total length of the line is about 6 mtrs. The difference between duct line 2 and cut to length line is that cut to length line does not have notching section! |
